The administrator of your personal data is Toastmasters District 108. We process your information solely for the purpose of organizing the Wings of Change 2026 Conference.

We collect information you provide via the Ticket Purchase form (Name, Email, VAT ID), the Call for Speakers form (Bio, Social Links, Video), and the Contact form. Our AI Assistant also processes chat messages to help you navigate the event.

Third-Party Services

Your data is safe. We use world-class partners to power our site: Stripe for secure payments (we never see your card details), Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for cloud hosting.

Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies. Specifically, we store 'user-currency' to ensure you see prices in your local currency (PLN/EUR) and essential technical cookies required for the payment gate.
